P-Lok Fittings Valves and Regulators

1) P-Lok AUTO GAS CHANGEOVER :

• High pressure Mechanical- Automatic Gas Manifold is used for two cylinder system where automatically switching over is required from one cylinder to other, when the pressure in the one cylinder is below the set pressure. Setting of pressure of two cylinders can be set as per user requirement (Refer Setting Procedure).
• It can be used for multiple cylinders banks.
• Specifications:
  Inlet Pressure Gauge         : 2 nos. of 0 - 210 kg/cm² Gauge.
  Outlet Pressure Gauge      : 1 no. of 0 - 14 kg/cm² Gauge / as per requirement.
  Flow                                   : 300 LPH (MAX).
  Gas services                      : Air, N2, H2, He, Ace, Arg, N2o, P10 and other
  gas& also forflammable / nonflammable&
  corrosive gases.
  Outlet Connection              : ¼” OD ferruel fitting with ball valve.
  Inlet connection                 : ¼” BSP male to suit pigtail coming from cylinder.
  Mounting Dimension Size   : 500 mm(L) X 300 mm(H) X 45 mm(D).

2) P-Lok TWO STAGE CYLINDER REGULATOR :

• Two types of Cylinder Regulators are available Brass chrome plated body with SS Diaphragm and SS body with SS Diaphragm.
• Regulator Consist of inlet & outlet pressure gauges. Inlet pressure gauge shows the total pressure of cylinder and outlet pressure gauge shows regulated pressure.
• Inlet pressure range : 0-240 Kg / cm2
• Outlet pressure range : 0-14 kg /cm2 in diaphragm type.

3) P-Lok HIGH PRESSURE PISTON TYPE CYLINDER REGULATOR :

• High pressure piston type Regulator & Regulators for corrosive gases like Ammonia, Clorine, etc. are also available.
• Regulator consist of inlet & outlet pressure gauges. Inlet pressure gauge shows the total pressure of cylinder and outlet pressure gauge shows regulated pressure.
• Inlet pressure range : 0-240 Kg / cm 2.
• Outlet pressure range : 0-40,0-70,0-100kg /cm2 in piston type.                                                            

4) P-Lok TWO STAGE CYLINDER REGULATOR WITH PRE HEATER :

• Two types of Cylinder Regulators are available Brass chrome plated body with SS Diaphragm and SS body with SS Diaphragm.
• Regulator Consist of inlet & outlet pressure gauges. Inlet pressure gauge shows the total pressure of cylinder and outlet pressure gauge shows regulated pressure and Pre- Heater.
• It is use for special gases Nitrous Oxide & CO2.
• Inlet pressure range : 0-240 Kg / cm2
• Outlet pressure range : 0-14 kg /cm2 in diaphragm type.

5) P-Lok GAS DISTRIBUTION PANEL (BENCH MOUNTED) :

• It helps to control the flow & pressure of different gases .
• It is table mounted and used at the user point.
• Available in Brass chrome plated body with SS diaphragm and  SS body with  SS diaphragm.
• It consist of regulator, pressure cause & Needle or Ball valve
• This is table mounted GDP
• Inlet pressure :  0-14 kg/cm2 Outlet pressure  :0-10 kg/cm2
• MOC : SS OR Brass chrome  plated.

6) P-Lok LINE REGULATOR:

• It helps to control the flow & pressure of different gases
• It is Wall – Mounted and use at user point.
• Available in Brass chrome plated body with SS diaphragm and  SS body with  SS diaphragm.
• Inlet pressure :  0-14 kg/cm2

Outlet pressure  : 0-10 kg/cm2

• MOC – SS or brass chrome plated.

7) P-Lok BALL VALVE (FEMALE TYPE) :

• A ball valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball to control flow through it.
• It is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when it is pivoted 90° by the valve handle. 
• The handle lies flat in alignment with the flow when open, and is perpendicular to it when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve's status.
• It can use for wide range of Pressure.
• Connection : FemaleType.

8) P-Lok TOGGLE VALVE :

• Quick opening and closing
• Straight and angle patterns available
• Stainless steel or brass construction
• Standard Black Bylon handle or optional stainless steel handleChoice of  P-lok Tube Fitting.
• Panel mount nut standard With pressure handling up to 300 psi and temperatures up to 200°F, P-lok has a toggle valve solution to meet your needs.

9) P-Lok TEE – FITTINGS :

• A tee, the most common pipe fitting, is used to combine (or divide) fluid flow.

•  It is available with female thread sockets, solvent-weld sockets or opposed solvent-weld sockets and a female-threaded side outlet.

• Tees can connect pipes of different diameters or change the direction of a pipe run.

• Available in a variety of materials, sizes and finishes, they are used to transport two-fluid mixtures.

•  Tees may be equal or unequal in size, with equal tees the most common.

10) P-Lok CONNECTOR:

• A Connector is used in Pipe System to Connectstraight pipe or tubing section,adapt to different sizes or shape and for other purpose such as regulating fluid.
• It comes with diifferent combination of sizes.

Example : OD X NPT(M), BSP(F) X OD etc.

11) P-Lok ELBOW:

• An Elbow is a pipe fitting which is used as a connection point between two length of pipes to produce a change in the direction of flow in the pipe, usually at an angle of 90˚,45˚ or 180˚
• Elbow are also commonly referred as bend, and are available in a range of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel,brass chrome-plated.
• Also known as 90˚ bends, 90˚ elbows are manufactured as SR( Short Radies) elbows and LR ( Long Radius ) elbow.45˚ elbow are typically made as LR (Long Radius) elbow.
